Overview

Factory-built modules, built properly on site.

Modules arrive largely finished: frame, insulation, glazing, wiring and plumbing done in the factory. Everything that makes them a legal, working building happens on site — and that is our job.

Apartments & residential units

Class 2 modular buildings, with a registered practitioner.

Multi-unit modular buildings are Class 2 work in NSW. As a registered building practitioner (BUP4253866), we take responsibility for the on-site building work under the Design and Building Practitioners Act and coordinate the designs and declarations the regulations require.

Stacking, connecting and weatherproofing modules is where most defects start. We plan joints, fire separation, waterproofing and services risers before the first module arrives.

  • Registered practitioner for Class 2
  • Module joints & weatherproofing
  • Fire separation between modules
  • Services risers & connections
  • Stair, lift & balcony interfaces
  • Certifier inspections

Hospitality & accommodation modules

Pods, capsules and cabins, ready for guests.

Prefabricated accommodation units — glamping pods, capsule rooms and cabins — can be on site and operating within weeks. Many are imported fully fitted, which makes the local work even more important.

We review the manufacturer’s compliance documents before the units ship, then build the pads or piers, connect water, sewer and power through licensed trades, and add decks, stairs and paths so each unit is ready for guests.

  • Pre-delivery compliance review
  • Pads, piers or screw piles
  • Licensed electrical & plumbing connections
  • Wastewater & stormwater
  • Decks, stairs & access paths
  • Multi-unit site layouts

Crane and traffic

Lift plans, road permits and traffic control arranged.

Services connections

Water, power, sewer and data connected and tested by licensed trades.
