Our story
Beams & Dreams Constructions brings together construction professionals from different backgrounds — architecture, structural engineering, carpentry, building and construction management.
Since we started, we have delivered remedial works, commercial construction and refurbishments, commercial fit-outs and industrial works. From project management to site inspections, we work as one team so every project is a success.
Custom homes, duplexes and major renovations are built by our residential division, BND Custom Homes.

Managing Director
Liam leads the company. With more than 20 years in construction, he combines strategic planning with hands-on expertise so every project meets the highest standard. He builds a collaborative team and keeps the focus on the client.
Financial & Compliance Manager
Demi makes sure our financial operations comply with the relevant laws, regulations and industry standards. She leads our compliance strategy to manage risk, works across teams and drives process improvements.
Operations Manager
Chi works closely with our Director, Construction Manager and clients, linking business planning with what happens on site, so projects finish on time, on budget and in line with our goals.
Construction Manager
Jay leads our on-site operations. His hands-on approach and commitment to quality control make sure every detail meets industry standards and every project runs smoothly from start to finish.
Builder & Project Manager
On the tools from age 16, Suhel has more than 20 years of carpentry and building experience. He is a licensed NSW builder and licensed structural carpenter, focused on getting the finer details right and fully compliant.
Senior Site Manager
Kevin oversees multiple sites at once, making sure every stage of construction is carried out properly, efficiently and safely.
Engineer / Fabricator
Brad brings 18 years of experience in engineering, fabrication and manufacturing to our site operations, turning concepts into finished work with real craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Site Manager
Arslan is a site leader with a talent for problem-solving. His proactive, collaborative approach to site management keeps projects moving and standards high.
