Data Deletion Instructions

You may ask Beams & Dreams Construction Service Pty Ltd to delete personal information that we no longer need to retain.

How to submit a request

Email [email protected] with the subject line:

Personal Data Deletion Request

Please include:

  • your full name;
  • the email address or telephone number used in your enquiry;
  • whether you contacted us through our website, email, telephone, Facebook or Instagram;
  • an approximate date of the enquiry; and
  • a description of the information you want deleted.

Do not send passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary identity documents by email.

Identity verification

We may need to verify your identity before accessing, correcting or deleting information. We will request only information reasonably necessary for verification.

What happens next

After verifying the request, we will search the relevant systems, which may include website forms, authorised email accounts, Meta lead records, our lead-management system and CSMO attribution records.

Where deletion is appropriate, we will delete or de-identify the relevant personal information and confirm completion. Aggregated statistics that no longer identify an individual may be retained.

Information we may need to retain

We may be unable to delete some records immediately where retention is reasonably required for:

  • an active construction enquiry or project;
  • contractual, warranty or insurance obligations;
  • taxation, accounting or regulatory requirements;
  • security, fraud prevention or dispute resolution; or
  • the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

If we cannot delete particular information, we will explain the reason where reasonably possible.

Meta and third-party platforms

This process covers personal information controlled by Beams & Dreams. Meta, Google and other service providers may separately hold information under their own privacy policies and account controls.

Photograph and video permissions

A request to withdraw permission for future use of project photographs or video will stop future publication and distribution where applicable. It does not automatically require removal of material lawfully published before the withdrawal.
